payment processing service, customer credit card numbers are
not available to Martin Media Solutions.
Payment for
Photo Services and Media Services is due in full at the time
the order is placed, except in cases of extensive photo
restoration when payment terms are governed by
contract. Payment for Web Services is governed by
WRITTEN CONTRACT between Martin Media Solutions and the web
client.

STATEMENT
Martin Media
Solutions respects the privacy of its customers and web site
visitors. Martin Media Solutions will never reveal,
sell, distribute, or otherwise make available to third
parties any private information collected from customers or
web site visitors. Such information includes name,
email address, address, phone number, banking and credit
card information, the nature and content of any work
performed by Martin Media Solutions for any customer, the
nature of work submitted to Martin Media Solutions for the
purpose of obtaining a quote.
Martin Media
Solutions may use cookie files for the purpose of collecting
information to be used in enhancing the performance of the

terms of this CONTRACT are modified, omitted, or if
additional terms are included in any WRITTEN CONTRACT
between Martin Media Solutions and a client, such CONTRACT
with the client shall supercede this Terms of Use CONTRACT
only to the extent specifically states in said WRITTEN
CONTRACT with client and all unaffected terms of this Terms
of Use CONTRACT shall remain in effect. If any terms
of this Terms of Use CONTRACT shall be void by law,
liability incurred by Martin Media Solutions or its
ownership shall be no greater than that provided by law.
